By accessing the Trexure website, app, or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including tenants, administrators, and programmatic API consumers.
You agree to use Trexure lawfully and not to:
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets confidential. Compromised credentials must be rotated promptly.
Trexure is a multi-tenant SaaS application that shields Stellar payments, reconciles them against fiat webhook events, and produces accounting-ready receipts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. New features may be subject to additional terms.
All website and app content — text, graphics, the Trexure logo and marks, software, and documentation — belongs to Trexure or its licensors. Reproduction or derivative works require prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use. The receipts and JSON objects you generate through the service are your data; Trexure retains rights to the underlying software that produces them.
You retain ownership of the payment data, view keys, and receipts you create. By using the service, you grant Trexure a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service for you — shielding, reconciling, and generating receipts — and to retain audit logs as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm your data does not violate third-party rights.
Settlement times, FX rates, fees, and slippage reflected in a receipt are derived from the legs available at reconciliation and may not reflect external market data. You are responsible for your own accounting treatment and compliance obligations.
The service may integrate with or link to third parties (anchors, payout providers, infrastructure, the Chrome extension marketplace). These are provided for convenience. Trexure does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, practices, or service reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trexure and Artisam Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or a nominal amount if the service was provided free of charge.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trexure and Artisam Labs from claims arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Artisam Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We will seek to resolve disputes informally first; unresolved disputes shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revisions.
